<p>Because belonging to a particular race is not just a question of skin color, it's a question of a lifetime of experiences resulting from how your environment responds to your skin color and how your family raises you to understand who you are in the world. Racial consciousness grows out of experience not sudden skin color chages.</p>

<p>Depends...if I was gonna go bald I'd be black...they look better bald, it's fashionable even. Plus, black people age really well as far as their skin is concerned. And it would be easier to get into college, jobs etc.</p>
