Is this really true????

Okay so I have been on some random NYU forum lately where admission officers reply to threads. One question was pertaining to the SAT 2 subject tests vs. the SAT
The admission board posted that you have a choice of either submitting 3 sat 2 or 1 SAT

Is this true????
If so can you please provide a link that explains this further??

I want to attend CAS for pre-med!

Thank you I'm in shock lol
learningisliving is online now

A quick search of [their website](<a href=“First-Year Applicants”>First-Year Applicants) pulled up this information:

[General Requirements](<a href=“How to Apply”>How to Apply)

So yeah, it seems that the adcom was right.

Wow so it is true…
So if I submmited 3 sat scores and no SAT I would not be penalized?

Thank you

Unless I read incorrectly, you wouldn’t be penalized.

does us history count as humanities?

Well I’m going to call the admission office and figure this all out because I don’t want to take the SAT if I don’t have to.

brownman23 yes history counts as a humanities!

So I called the admission office and yes if I do take 3 sat subject tests I will not be penalizes for not taking the SAT so it’s your choice(I LOVE NYUUUUU)
