1st time: 600CR, 710 Writing, 780 Math (2090)
2nd time: 680 CR, 800 Writing, 740 Math (2220)
Superscore: 2260

I don't really study for these things so I know if I studied I could do better on reading; I don't even know if it matters because I hate critical reading anyways and I'm going to major in math or business. I know SATs don't affect decisions that much, but will I still have a chance at Harvard/Princeton/UPenn etc. with this score? (I know it depends on everything else but still)

I'm taking Math IIC, USHistory, Physics SATIIs in May-June, so if I were to retake the SAT's it would be in October.. Should I?

Generally a 2300+ is preferable for Ivy calibre schools, but the mid-2200s are still considered to be within the top 1% of all SAT scores. As long as you have solid ECs and a well written essay that showcases your personality, I don’t see any reason to obsess any more over the SAT.

Okay thank you! :)

March 09: 670CR, 720M, 740W
May 09: 760 CR, 710 M, 760W
October 09: 800CR, 770M, 800W

Notice, I did the best on all three sections the third time. By the way I never actually prepared for the SATs, and there were no unusual circumstances any of the times I took them. So I would definitely recommend taking them again, especially if mroe than a month or two has passed.

Do you think taking them a third time greatly increased your chances into schools? Would they rather see a 2260 after two times or like a 2350 after three?

I don’t think that ivies super score

Okay… My friend got into Columbia and UPenn with a 1800. Dude, your score is good enough. My personal opinion: After the SAT scores hit around 2100, it’s all the same range. There isn’t a significant difference between a 2400 and a 2300, or 2100 for that matter. I mean, there is a difference, but like I said, it doesn’t show genius vs. not. Ya know what I mean?
Just my 2 cents.
