Is UW OOS and UCI safeties for me?

<p>Hi I was wondering if University of Washington: Seattle and UC Irvine are safety schools for me. And UW's OOS admit rate is in the 40% range. </p>

-My school offers 12 AP’s and 1 honors course
-Can’t take AP’s before junior year
ACT: 32
SAT: going to take for first time in october (probably get~2050)
SAT 2’s: US History-770 and Math Lvl. 2-710

10, 11, 12 Offseason Track Training Program---I workout on my own for 3 hrs/week during the 4 months before track season </p>

<p>So what do you guys think? Any feedback would be appreciated.</p>

<p>Irvine is a solid match but not safe. Your GPA is about their average and your ACT above average so reasonable shot.</p>
