<p>I've researched Whitman College in Washington (state) a little bit and I like what I've seen, but I still don't know that much about it and it's never mentioned here. Anyone? Any info is welcome.</p>
<p>Its a great lac that is well known in academic circles but is not really well known due to its location.</p>
<p>I have a friend going there next year. It seems like a very friendly, outdoorsy place.</p>
