You guys might not have school…It looks like HBC will be gettin the edge of it.

I hope not !!! But leave It to HBC to send students to school :/

I really hope we don’t have school because I hate driving in bad weather. Once, I was driving home from the library and the weather got really really bad so I stopped at Publix and waited it out in there.

I’m a bit paranoid about this kind of stuff.

When I was driving back from the DMV I got stuck in a storm with 40+ mph winds. I was shaking in my jimmys. No bad weather driving for me.

Actually last Wednesday we had a bad thunderstorm and me and my friends got stuck at menchies. Literally stuck since we couldn’t open the door due to the wind X

I’m a bit paranoid, too, since I don’t trust tires on water.

We have a possibility of tornadoes from 8 AM tomorrow to midnight. So basically it’s dangerous enough to destroy my house but won’t cancel school.

^ knowledge over life. If you can learn one more equation before you die, it will all be worth it

No school for HBC:)

They’re deciding right now whether or not to cancel school tomorrow

School’s open tomorrow. Yay for having to drive to school in tornado weather. -_-

The weather is terrifying right now -_-

Really?? It’s quite pleasant where I am…but I’m about 300 miles away from you :/

It’s awful. The rain and wind get very very loud and then go silent (which is an indication of a tornado, apparently). I’ve ran into the bathroom (the safe place in the house) 3 times now because I got so scared. This is supposed to continue until midnight. :|

Daaaannngggg.
I can’t stand tornadoe. I moved from Texas for a reason
Over here the wind has picked up and the rain is coming. It’s weird to see the storm moving from the east instead of the west (the direction where are thunderstorms come from)

Rachel what county are you in ?

Palm Beach; right above Broward which doesn’t have school tomorrow

Wow I’m sorry ! Stay safe if you have to go !!

“Safety is always our top priority, and as there may still be periods of rain and wind in some areas tomorrow, parents are reminded to take appropriate precautions for their children, especially those who may normally walk or ride their bikes to or from school and the bus stop.”

If safety was really their top priority they’d cancel school, lol.

Hahha that’s an ironic statement. Brevard county isn’t getting anything from Isaac

Hope you guys stay safe!

My best friend is under a tornado warning! D:

My mom just gave me permission to stay home
