I have a few questions. First, can kids submit transcripts/ letters of rec/ SAT’S/ACT’Sto colleges prior to the completion/submission of the common app? Also what are schools doing these days for interviews? Are they doing them?
I’m not sure about the first one since my counselor handles the whole thing- personally my school uses SchoolLinks, and through that recs and transcripts are submitted. Also the second question is pretty broad- it might be better just to google each college’s interview policy since listing random colleges that interview might be unhelpful!

I know some schools are doing virtual interviews. If you ask about specific schools, more people may be able to answer. Good luck!
Yes, you can send material to schools before the actual app is submitted. As long as your common identifying information is the same, they’ll match them up when submitted.
