IU Kelley Management Consulting Question?

I got into IU Kelley awhile ago and
I am mostly interested in Management Consulting. Does IU place well in consulting even if you are not in the Consulting Workshop? Essentially for IU, if you are not in the Consulting Workshop, do you have a low chance of good placement after undergrad?

I just recently got rejected from UT Austin as an OOS, and it seems like McCombs has a huge employability rate, apparently it is 100%. Would it be smart to potentially transfer to UT Austin? Working in Texas also appeals to me, so that could be another reason to.

if u graduate from kelley with a decent gpa and internship, I can almost guarantee you will have a job offer by the end of your senior year
