I've been paying in-state tuition at Broward college since spring 2013...
My driver's license original issue date is 5 days away from the 12 month requirement.

When I applied for in-state tuition at BC I used my husband's documentation (which was very scarce and hard to find), so I figured I would use mine this time around.

Isn't usually enough that I'm classified as a florida resident for tuition purposes at my current institution?

You need to contact the USF Registrar’s office asap to get things straightened out. If other school had you wrongly classified as a Florida resident, it doesn’t necessarily mean USF will too automatically. Contact registrar to see if they can get you reclassified as a Florida resident so you can pay the lower tuition. Good luck!
