My guidance counselor told me about this scholarship today, due the 30th. I'm pretty sure I can get it all done, the only problem for me is the SAT score report - it says I have to send them directly from College Board. I already used my free score reports back in the fall sending them to eight colleges, and I really don't want to pay $10.50+ to send it to a scholarship I may or may not win, especially since I'm tight on money right now and try to save what I can. Is there any other way or should I just move my sights to another scholarship?

I think the 10.50 is worth the chance at that scholarship money. Of course, you can judge your chances of getting the scholarship better than I can. If you have no chance, why bother. If you believe you have a chance, this situation becomes like someone saying “I don’t want to use my money on stamps” so you don’t apply to scholarships that aren’t online or something.

Do it. And if you choose not to, there are probably other scholarships, although Jackie Robinson is a big one.

i think i have a slight chance, but that was the same mentality i had with other scholarships which so far i have lost those who replied back to me. my mom’s already annoyed that she’s had to buy so many stamps this year haha in addition to all my senior year costs already. i think i’ll skip this one.
