*** I got 5 wrong and 1 skip in CR and got a 690??? This curve is insane.

I answered every question on the test, and missed one on each section.
790CR
770M
680W with 6 essay, because it was my first time ever writing an SAT essay, and I didn’t pace myself. Kind of upset that I didn’t just write a practice essay or two to make sure I had it.

exactly the same as you, energia, except i got an 8 on the essay so i got 720 W. I also did not write any practice essays. Are you planning on retaking? I think i might just because I feel kind of cheated on the curve and I would like to improve my writing score.

Yes, I’m going to retake. I really think I could do better overall on the test, not just on the essay. I shouldn’t have missed the math question that I did, I made a silly mistake and hurried along, skipping a step. I don’t think my current score reflects my relative skill in the 3 sections, and I really think I can get an 800 W and 800 M.

I’m re-taking too…I have a 2370 superscored but I want to take the SAT for a third time and get a 2350+ with an 800 in Math. In my high school there’s also an added distinction for getting an 800 in the Math part~random, I know :P

why would you retake 2370…

I’m guessing you haven’t seen AspiringStudent’s millions of annoying, over-dramatic posts all around this site.

@dellort: indeed my friend… indeed…

Wowww I’m actually pretty annoyed…
If I got 2 wrong instead of 3 in CR I would have gotten 770 instead of 740
And if I didn’t somehow bomb my essay (8) and got a 10 instead, I would have gotten 770 in W
And then I wouldn’t have to retake…

@OrchidBloom
did you get a 740 or a 730? because I got 730 with 3 wrong, 0 omitted.
