@1618dz if its ur first try its not bad

I’m in despair. I might have to die and not go to college.

Im actually really confused about whether I should cancel or not. It is my first try.

Anyone remember if the last 3 reading were BCC and if the last 3 writing were, I think DAB?

i dont remember, but do u remember any specific questions

Not really… I am still mulling over whether I should cancel or not…

I put informal and armed with these facts in writing… for the last math calc one did you guys get 0.8?

i think so

did u put “such that” in writing @ghvan99

What was the question… I seriously have no clue what it was but I think such that… Also it was .8

i forgot what the actual question was but it was talking about some negative effect idk

i put “-- that is” and informal,

what did you guys put for the tension between douglas and lincoln? the answers were popular opinion, misinterpretation of lincoln’s argument, lincoln thought douglas’ reasoning is incorrect, and something else cant remember, possibly something about how douglas wants to make changes to the federal government

also there was another question in that passage where the answers were about “constitution didnt say how to settle disputes about slavery” and another was he wanted to change the federal government policy on something (idk it asked something about douglas’ passage)

Ugh exactly a month and 5 hours till we get our scores. I swear I will not be able to survive for that long

for ur first question i put that lincoln had a different interpretation of the federal law or something idk but i remember picking the one that had federal law in there.

wait whats the argument against “such that”

^to me “such that” at the end of a sentence just sounds kinda wrong. to me, “-- that is” sounded better. don’t really have an argument besides it sounds off to me lol. “that is” sort of clarifies what was just said or says it in relevant terms, while “such that” is like giving an example of their problem.

ok and what other questions did u think was hard

i can see the argument for the popularity answer… since lincoln talked about how slavery was fine until they tried to force it into states that didnt used to have it and how that is the cause of a lot of their interstate arguing. but then i changed my answer to something else because i felt it was disproven but i forgot what i put next…

what did you guys put for the purpose of the questions in their passages? to undermine the other’s argument?

did u put armed with these facts or mindful of this setback

mindful of this setback. armed changes the tone too much imo.

also i could be wrong about the such that vs that is cuz that was one of the hard ones that i had to come back to. i was debating between the options.
