January or March?

I've been prepping hard the last few days and planning to continue the regimen for the rest of winter break. I'm wavering between the January test date and the February date. If I put in alot of work this winter break, should I take it January?

I'm thinking that if I opt to take the February one instead, I can probably improve my scores by studying in small increments which is less stressful (but still gonna go hard all break) and has been advocated by people like xiggi etc.

what do you guys think?

Well, for one, it’s March, but it depends on your practice scores and what you’re shooting for, really. If your scores on practice tests are consistently reflecting what you’d like now, since the registration deadline for January is coming up, or they’re only a bit lower, then I’d say take the January one. If they’re not really anywhere near what you’d like and you aren’t confident, I’d hold off until March.
