<p>Has anyone been living there this school year? Do you like it? What are the pros and cons?</p>
<p>My daughter lived there last year, right after it opened. The 3 biggest pros were the individual leases, the close to campus location, and the gated covered parking. However, she did not renew her lease because it was too loud. She said it was like living in a frat house. J26 seemed to be full of underclassmen really enjoying their freedom - lots of noisy parties during the week, beer cans, cigarette butts, and cups constantly thrown on her balcony from above, & barf in the hallways. The complex has a great location, lots of nice amenities, and even organizes some social events for the residents -it is not all bad, just not for everyone. You should visit some evening while school is in session and see if J26 is the right fit for your student.</p>
