JHU: whiting engineering lowGPA

<p>I have a very low gpa 3.2 atm and currently senior
i will be retaking my sat scores: 1850
680M 630W 9 essay 440 CR(OWCHHH)
i have improvved my CR score, i read very slow and I probably improved my reading speed over the summer
i took a blue book
i got a 790M 720W and 670CR
ill bring it to that score consistently. so I was wondering if i were to get a 2200 on the october 16th sat(provided by school) Could I possibly get in to JHU whiting
i will be taking sat 2 phys and chem in dec (700+ in ea)
math II and I in Nov (scoring hopefully 750+ on mathII at least and around same in i)
i have some EC not much
im school key club pres and habit for humanity pres (food bank, unicef march of dimes..etc)
Im also planning to start a math club in our school
I joined robotics 9th and 11th grade
i also play soccer in 10th grade
joining track this year in november when season starts
i currently have 200+ volunteer hours (library, Habitforhumanity, food bank, school orientation)</p>

I program alot and I love to breakdance...
I have taught photoshop people to people
i edit robotics videos and key club videos
my intended major is indeed: within whiting school: Computer science/programming
I also do have a side co-op game project with some friends (using unity game engine)</p>

i can raise it in senior year (this year) to 94
if i am allowed to submit my score in senior year (am i?)</p>
