Job Experience at an SAT Prep-Include or no?

What the title says. I worked for an SAT Prep Company as a "Sales Associate" recruiting test-takers in the Spring of this year. What I wonder is whether I should list this as work experience on the CommonApp. I was having second thoughts because I don't know whether myself having any affiliation with a test prep company would be good.

Also as a side note: what kind of essay is the 150 word extra-curricular activity prompt supposed to be? am i really supposed to just elaborate? what i mean is should it be along the lines of:

"as a devout shaolin monk, I train daily in the martial arts, transforming my hands, feet, and mind into deadly weapons"

or

"the air sang as the cruel edge of Wu-Pong-Hsi's katana cleaved the air where I had stood a second before. My arm was already moving to parry his attack and my face was expressionless, for a shaolin monk does not know fear."

if somebody could answer either of these questions, i'd really appreciate it

I don't see anything wrong with saying that you worked for an SAT prep company.

About the essay: Whichever one you prefer.

is it really whichever essay style i prefer? because isnt the 2nd "style" supposed to be better for the normal essays

If the work is significant in your portfolio, and which writing reflects you.
