Job/Internship Typo!

Hi

So - i'm sending in a recommendation from my business studies teacher. Problem is though, that when I gave him my resume, i wrote down my internship under work experience by mistake. So on my rec, he mentioned my "job" where in actuality it was an internship.
Do you think this the admissions team would look over this error? I don't know if i should send the rec in now because of that mistake...

Oh and my teacher has already submitted it which means he can't change anything so that it no longer an option!

bump! anyone please?

In itself, not a big hurdle. Depends on your particulars.

So you think it’ll be fine?

Am i freaking out about nothing?

It doesn’t matter.

Job typically refers to something that pays you. But, we also use it for any set of committed activities- my job as pres of the Key Club. An adult will likely see it as the teacher’s goof. If the letter is solid, the word choice will register in passing only. They will see how you word the i-ship on the CA.

Thank you Northstarmom and lookingforward :)

Dont worry about it. One of my recs to grad school I had a similar issues. One of my recs from a Dr even had a typo! Its fine though, dont worry about it. The school probably wont even notice.

And lots of kids call internships jobs. It’s cool.

Thank you SallyNYU and GeekMom63 :)
