Hey everyone. There's a Sweet Frog (frozen yogurt place) opening up near us, and it's one of the few places that seems to hire 15 year olds in my area. They're conducting open interviews this Sunday and I'm really nervous. Any tips? Also, how should I dress. I was thinking a nice polo and slacks would be good. Thanks!

Don’t be nervous. I’m not sure how most interviews work, but my McDonald’s interview lasted about five minutes and was mainly about planning my work schedule.
Polo and slacks is good. Just be polite, shake hands, make eye contact, speak clearly.

Random stuff- employers subconsciously decide in the first 45 seconds whether or they want to hire you, so make a good first impression. Dress well, as said before. No jeans. Keep eye contact, don’t fidget, keep good posture and don’t cross your arms. Make you SMILE a lot. Don’t stutter or use umm (a good way to do this is to think before talking and talk slightly slowly and enunciate). Remember that if you didn’t get it, dozens if people applied and an employer’s decision is subjective. Good luck!
