My employment job (that I'm getting paid to do) is mainly managing inventory for a small company and managing orders. I basically check the inventory listing to see if anything's empty, make new orders from manufacturer, restock items, and manage orders for customers (going through the orders, making sure everything's correctly packed and shipped, and sending confirmation to the customer). A good training for business major

vs

My intern (that I'm currently not getting paid, but will eventually get paid) at an accounting firm where my main duty is bookkeeping through use of quickbook to work with accounts receivable, accounts payable, posting journal entries, and bank reconciliation. I also get some client interaction such as answering basic accounting questions. A good training for accounting major.

Keeping both would be nice, but the times overlap (HAve to split the two between 3 days). If you were me, which job would you keep?

What is your major? What are your career goals?

The accounting internship is great if you want to pursue an accounting career and are studying accounting. The job pays you, and is a good learning experience for project management, or management in general.

Do you absolutely need the money right now to survive? If not, stick ith the internship, which will eventually be paid and which will apply more closely to what you want to do post-college. It's all about the resume, and if you stick with the internship and start getting paid, you may even get a title (I did) which you can put on your resume.

So yeah. If you can survive without the income for a while, do the internship.
