I really don't think we're allowed to talk about these collegefreak...

Overall, i think it was more difficult than usual. Hope the curve is 5-6 wrong this time for a 800.

The VERY last problem gave the reaction of the Haber Bosch process and asked how many moles of NH3 were formed when there were 2 g. of H2 and exccess N2.

N2(g) + 3H2(g) → 2NH3

i got 0.67 mole of NH3

All of the previous exams were discussed and i think the mods already know about this, because they are on top of things.

^^Same here

i remember a .67 mole also.
um also 7.0 g/mol for metal M

Is lead used twice in the classification questions?

What about the question with the light-bulb, battery, and HCl? Was that T/T/CE?

Light bulb was TT CE becuz HCL is a strong electrolyte

yes, the battery HCL on was TTCE. the margin of error i put the third one, i remember hand-calculating each one and it was not pleasant

Does anyone remember what 115. said exactly about argon?

I think the margin of error has to do with percentage.

Yeah, I got (A) for the margin-of-error question, but I don't recall what the object was.

i only remeber lead as an answer in the bromine/chlorine/lead classification question int he beginning

For that margin of error i chose A, because it was 7.5 ml and plus or minus .2

This has the biggest error since the ratio of 0.2:7.5 was greater than all of the others. Any1 else pick this?

yeah, it did. thats where the calculations came in

Isn't the margin asking for the biggest margin of error?

this test felt easier than the practice tests...but i didnt finish in time, although i could have gotten through all of them given that i had ~5 more min! lol

i had the one with the smallest measurement and the biggest uncertainty.

I think van_sant meant choice A. It was the biggest error, atleast when i did the calculations.

yep first one
