I don’t think it was unaware of lack of control, just lack of control instead of domineering. Borges wasn’t painted as domineering at all in the passage.

Is Borges the one who was being read to?
I believe that choice said the one who was doing the reading lacked control over something (situation?)

Yea, the reader lacked control of a situation you would normally think he would be in control of.

Does anyone remember “to examine a topic in psychology” to be choice C?

Can someone remind me of the “author’s impression with reality” question during the Argentinian long passage? I don’t remember that question at all (though I know I answered it).

@ugaboga232: Okay if the “lack of control” was one of the choices with “alluding to domineering”, then you’re definitely right.

@user2134: Yes I actually think it was choice C.

The author felt like she (?) had a special, carefully annotated book, but in reality she actually had just a “notebook” that Borges used to remember things. She liked to think she was in a special situation, but she really wasn’t. Thus, her impression was different from reality

Thanks Crazybandit, I remember that question now and I’m pretty sure that’s what I put down.

“Females are CRUCIAL for science not only as mentors but also for RECRUITING”

i don’t remember this sentence. are you sure the words weren’t something like females are crucial for recruiting and RETAINING? or something like that…

It said the female retention rate in science was high or something, but I don’t know what the blanks were (assuming it was an SC). So yes, you probably are thinking of the right sentence. The sentence had really easy vocabulary so I don’t think you should worry about it.

I don’t remember the female one for SC… Can anyone refresh my memory please? : (

Female one? U mean that they are important for both retaining and recruiting females in science?

Does anyone remember any of the other answer choices for the question with “devised”?

what was the SC question for acolyte??? and the answer choices?

I do not remember the question with 'savvy about nature of zoos" at all. What were the other choices?

was “acolyte” question 5, choice B?

Yea, i believe “acolyte” was question 5, but i remember “acolyte” to be A

Savvy one was when it asked how the author of passage 2 would respond to the thoughts of author of p1 that visitors were getting scammed.

Do you remember the other choices to the savvy question?

Thanks for posting what the question was about. Does anyone remember if there were any other choices that made sense other than savvy?
