food meal check was experimental, not sure about 33

@jollybjolly can you elaborate a little bit more?

Also, there was a question with graph presented, and there were 5 bars. I thought this one might have tricked some people since you had to get the ratio of MORE THAN 3 and LESS THAN 3 (so 3 should not have been used). I don’t remeber the question specifically, or the answer though.

@ true beauty, the triangle was divided up into NINE triangles and 2 were shaded so, the area of the unshaded was 7/9? is that the question you are referring to?

color circle question was experimental and @packer22 darn, I think I read it was which of the following is FALSE. IMO, this SAT math was way too hard compared to the previous 2 I took. (March and May 2010) I got 800’s on both my previous SAT math and I finished each section with like 5-10 minutes to spare and this time, I worked till the timer was up…

@ lets be. that was the french student question. How many took less than 2 years vs. how many took more than 2 years. 9/8

@poon, don’t worry, if you got 800s before, then you can just use superscore, colleges will know you are capable.

I just want an 800 to get to 1600 M+CR

@jolly there weren’t experimental, I got 81x for food and I don’t remember 33%

For the food check one I got 81. It was the one that said the price of one meal was “x”. Then the next meal had a discount… Maybe it was experimental.

I remember getting 33% for another one, i forget the question though

food check=experimental
@packer22 I think we are talking about the different question. I vaguely remember the graph but I am definitely sure there were 5 bars+more than 3 / less than 3.

@triangle question asking for pentagon area, LOL I did it algebraically and it took up a whole page, then when I went home, I asked my brother and he separates the entire big triangle into 9 smaller triangles and you can easily tell that the area was 7/9 lols… (he took about 3 seconds)

Are all of the questions within that section experimental, then?

@letsbe yea, I almost made that exact mistake, good thing I went back and reread it. BTW, it was less than 2 and more than 2, not 3

food check wasn’t experimental o.o" I had that question and I only had 3 math sections. (3 writing sections+1 essay)

For the answer “(n+2)(n+3)/2” was another choice like “(n+1)(n+2)/2” or something very similar?

heres another one:

didn’t you just say that you got 81x for the food check question? or when you say “meal was 28.80”, your referring to another question?
