oh! there was also a minoan&mycenaean question. i put they were in the center of trade on their Crete island?

also another question on indus valley. i put historians cant decipher their pictograms orwhatever.

oh! there was also a minoan&mycenaean question. i put they were in the center of trade on their Crete island?

yea seahawks, i put dutch not interested in converting

I had the same two answers as you. Generally, when in doubt on a history test, the generic “trade” answer is right.

same here. the center of trade and can’t decipher thier ancient language or soemthig

what was the one about the devshirme

i remember tha the balfour declaration was british approval of a jewish homeland in palestine.

who said "i found the french crown in the gutter and i picked it up with the tip of my sword?–> Napoleon?

@gohackers i remember the answer choice for guerilla warfare but i remember that not being the correct answer. I also remember circling bolivia and columbia as 20th century countries that underwent revolution

I think the “guerrilla” one was actually enlightenment ideals. Look at Simon Bolivar and the Haitian guy

"i found the french crown in the gutter and i picked it up with the tip of my sword-- was it napoleon?

i agree with @patrick, Japanese were isolationist because they feared western influence… Since the dutch were strictly focused on trade they trusted no “proselytizing” would take place

@ mattiboi. for the two queestions you’re talking about I answered the guerilla warfare and “mexico and cuba” respectively… am i wrong? someone confirm the answers to those 2 questions plz

"i found the french crown in the gutter and i picked it up with the tip of my sword-- was it napoleon?

^^that’s what i put as well; i think that was the only one that made sense.

was the answer to the one about mahayana and theraveda differences- Bodhisattvas?

ugh wow that was awful.
i was considering canceling, but seeing how everyone else thought it was pretty difficult, i probably wont.

I was considering canceling too-- but with score choice, if we don’t do well, we don’t have to send it right??

yes, it was bodhisattvas, we confirmed that earlier today. I also said enlightenment ideals, I don’t remember guerilla warfare happening all the time in latin america. napoleon said the thing about the crown, it makes sense because after the revolution nobody was in power.

The quote is from Napoleon, it was on about how he became emperor of France.

I got around 3 wrong for sure just by checking this forum and omitted none… But that test was harder than the AP exam… Jeez. The curve better be lenient ><

what about the devishme?

i said the devishme showed the diversity of the ottoman empire. because they took Christian boys from their families for the army and the empire was islamic.

Devishirme = recruiting janissaries (just looked it up)
i don’t remember the choices… but I think I but B XD

^I put devishirme as the diversity of the Ottoman Empire since the members of the Janissaries came from Christian families.

I guessed none for the AP test, but I guessed on about five questions on the SAT. SAT:WH was much more difficult IMHO.

Considering the nature of CC members, it’s highly probable that the curves will be very, very lenient for this exam.

yea i put deveshirme as the multiethic or something like that

what was the one about Queen Elizabeth and planting trees?

also the one about the protected people? was it jews and christians?
