Good luck to all those taking the test tomorrow! What score are you all hoping for?

Thanks for the luck! I’ll definitely need it. :P

Shooting for a 690+!

I haven’t really started studying until today… lol… I’m not expecting much from this but hopefully it won’t be too bad since I finished APUSH.

Well, I guess this thread got lost under some of the others. The test went pretty well, though.

I ‘self-studied’ with only one review book and it seemed pretty darn easy.

I didn’t study at all specifically for the subject test (I took APUSH), and it wasn’t bad. There were a few questions I didn’t know, but even then I think I can get a pretty good score.

What did you guys put for the baseball question?

^ i put more people lived in dreams

Wasn’t it TV?

I put Population growth but i think its tv

What did you guys put for the one asking which was the most strict use of constitution or something like that

that was a really wierd question. The only strict constructionist on the list was jefferson, so i chose him. the other people never BASED their actions on strict constructionism.

It couldn’t be jefferson buying more land wasn’t being strict and Andrew Jackson was strict

I am wondering, did you guys take AP US History? I took it; most of the questions (including all the ones asked here so far) were not that hard. The answer to the “strict constructionist” one had to do with Jackson’s veto of a road bill (the reasoning involves a belief that federal support of internal improvements is unconstitutional).

I took Apush was one of the answers John Brown??

Yes, the answer was John Brown.

yah that’s what i was confused with to. I just figured that since Andrew Jackson didn’t veto because of strict constructionism, he wasn’t the answer. But hey, I’m no expert. That was a confusing question

It’s not TV. It’s the growth of urban population. TV was not popular yet (in the time period mentioned).

Strict constructionist action was Jackson’s veto of the Maysville Road Bill.

Was one of them stagflation with inflation or military?

1) wasn’t one the know-nothing party?

2) was it Maryland the colony for Roman Catholics?

3) and was it Cherokee?
