Hey so I got a 25 ACT score with very little studying. However, I am shooting for a 28-30. I have been studying every day and working on timing and will continue until Septemeber. Do you guys think I have a chance to boost my score up to at least a 28 by Septemeber if I continue my studying? I am trying to get into UC Davis and my GPA is a 4.3, so I'm really depending on a higher score so I can boost my chances of getting in. Any feedback would be great. Thanks :-)

@leah96 I improved 3 points by studying in even less time, so you should have no issues improving your score by at least 3 points.

Good luck!

My son just improved his score from 30 to 33. Take practice exams and then take more especially on the sections you scored weakest in. Then five weeks before the exam, each Saturday a.m., take the whole exam. You need to keep experiencing the effort it takes to get through the whole exam at that time of the day. Believe me, this will help a lot.

You will be able to do it! Make sure you take practice ACT exams, and do the daily question on actstudent.org

Im sure you can do it! Getting a 25 the first time is already a good start especially without studying. I also took the june act but haven’t received my scores and am planning on taking the act in September. Good luck xx
