<p>Now that the orientation registration is open to incoming freshman, did anyone else sign up for the summer orientation from 6/7-6/9? And is anybody else arriving on the 6th?</p>

<p>Im staying there June 7-9, (and im arriving on the 6th) and its definitely worth it to stay there, a hotel is much more expensive… and you dont want to be without a shelter for 4 days…</p>

<p>Sorry to hijack, but can someone list the orientation dates for School of Music, Theater, and Dance students? Specifically theatre students if possible? My Uniqname isn’t working for some reason and I need to book my flights ASAP as I’m an international.</p>

Musical Theatre: June 29-July 1
Theatre: June 22-24
All other Music Students: June 8-10, 10-12, 17-19, 30-July 2 July 5-7, 7-9</p>

<p>QW - I think they strongly recommend you stay there because that way you’re a “full” participant and can bond better with the group…and maybe they don’t know how to bill it when you DON’T stay there (eg. breakout the overnight cost). Why not, if the cost isn’t any different, right?</p>

<p>ETA: Does anyone know what time the orientation finishes on the third day? I would really like to leave around 6-7am to catch a flight for another event… I wonder if it’s possible to register for classes on the second day?</p>
<p>Be_Somebody, if you’re applying for Marching Band they say DO NOT leave before 7 PM on the 3rd day. If not, it looks like you shouldn’t leave until 2:30 PM. </p>
<p>I decided to stay there, for 1 because it’s only about $60, which saves me the gas, hassle of getting down there, any parking costs, and since I won’t be staying in the dorms during college, this’ll be some experience with having stayed in one (not a real dorm experience I know, but something).</p>
