Junior moving to Philadelphia

Hey, my mom just got a job offer in Philly, and I'm really interested in going to Smeal for college after I graduate. What kind of stats would I need to get in Penn State from in state; how competitive is it? I'm originally from TN, and I have always dreamed of majoring in finance and accounting at Smeal. Since now I'm in state, what kind of gpa would I need? Going into my Jr year I have a 3.3 GPA from a incredibly rigorous private school.

Thanks

Definately bring that gpa up your junior year if you want to have a spot. I would say to aim for at least a 3.7 (if possible) for your cumulative. That should give you a good shot, if you have the SAT score.

Yeah, I would definitely try to bring up the gpa to a 3.5-3.7 to have a good shot at Penn State University Park. Best of luck.
