<p>I would give them a call to let them know it's coming. It shouldn't be a problem.</p>
<p>Make sure to mention you're an incoming freshman when you say its coming. They are probably a lot more lenient to new students than they would be, say, a 4th year senior who's gone through it 6 times.</p>
