Just bear with me..

Do college admissions such as berkeley look at the last semester courses/gpa prior to the transfering semester?

For example i applied for the Fall 2013, and i have a 3.8 gpa average right now. (Doesnt include current spring semester).

Will they look at what I got for the spring 2013 semester before i get my final result?

Will they look at it for admissions? No, excluding TAG.

However, you are expected to maintain your grades. Don’t worry if you get all Bs though. You should only worry if you are in the 2.4 GPA area.

Not for admissions, but it still matters.

You’ll be sent terms and conditions for spring quarter/semester after you get accepted. Mine (Berkeley EECS) last year was to have at least a 3.0 for spring (not cumulative), others required a 3.0 overall and no failed classes, etc. It doesn’t sound like you’ll need to worry, though.

whats your major?

what if im taking one of my prereqs now? do admissions give priority for someone who already took their prereqs by the time they apply?

english major

Prereq completion plays a factor in the admissions process.
