As the title states, I had forgotten to log into the Tufts portal and just did so today. As of today, March 6th, I have not been contacted for interview (which I had stated I wished to receive) or by any alumni. Now, while browsing the portal I read that if I had not been contacted in four weeks that I should contact the regional alumni chair of my area. However, it is now significantly late in the process so would it even behoove me to contact the alumni chair at this point?

Probably too late at this point. Plus maybe it’s not a good idea to flag the fact that you let this slide until now?

I thought the same thing originally I just wanted a 2nd opinion. When I wasn’t contacted, I just assumed that I was one of those applicants who by luck of the draw did not receive an interview (as it is with some other schools I applied to). Moreover, any college portal tends to not show important info if you have your ducks in a row anyway (scores sent, transcript sent, recs in, etc.). Never would have thought that they suggest I contact the regional alumni chair. Ah well…I assume people are accepted without receiving interviews yes?

I called them up for an interview and it went great. I had the sane issue too I suggest u call them up if ur still interested

I realize this is a dead thread but for posterity I figured that I might as well say this: I did not take an interview nor seek one and I was accepted to Tufts.
