When you guys did your interviews, what were the questions they asked you? If you all could help me out, that would absolutely rock. I'm reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllly stressing about these interviews. I'm deathly afraid I'll screw up and sound like the biggest idiot in the history of Cornell applicants. Eep.

"tell me about yourself"

"why did you chose Cornell?"

"do you have any questions?"

"If you could be any fruit, which would you choose and why?"

"what is your favorite extra-curricular out of all of them"

in addition to the above (sans the fruit question...*** kind of interviewer did YOU have, NickyJane?! lol), "Have you visited the campus?" and "Is Cornell your first choice?"

... is it normal to not even have been offered an interview?

She just talked to me about Cornell. Of course it wasn't a real official interview, but it made me want to go to Cornell more.

Nicky, what was your answer, lol

Oh, my bad, I didn't really get asked that, I was just trying to freak out homegirl.:D

My interviewer was mad chill and cool though, I liked him...he gave me a lot of info about FRAT PARTIES!!!!!!!!!!! And it is normal not to be offered an interview, like if there's no one in your area or whatev...it's not a big deal.

i think it also depends if there is an alumni representative in your area, right?

Hahaha isn't that what I said??????? Maybe I don't make any sense to anyone besides myself...

If you're not offered an interview should you try to get one?

Nah, I would assume there isn't anyone in your area, and they don't really count for anything anyway soo I wouldn't worry. But if you really want one then I guess you could call??

If you visit campus, interview, or request lots of information, you're set. No need to do more than one.
