<p>I'm interested in finding the best book to study hard with to raise my SAT score into the 2300 range. I started a thread earlier about the SAT 1600 Enclopedia and the general consesus was that the book was good, but not good enough for the money. The Kaplan's 2400 book (or the older 1600) came up and I was wondering what your guys' opinion was. For that matter, what about Grubers? </p>

<p>I used the Kaplan's 1600 book. I thought it was pretty useful, and it wasn't ridiculously expensive. They did keep it very concise, since they know that most "advanced" students tend to be really busy. The practice problems definitely prepared you for the worst.

<p>It's just one of Kaplan's SAT Prep books... It has 1600 in the title and the subtitle is advanced prep for advanced students. I'm pretty sure it's available in most bookstores, I got mine at Barnes and Noble</p>
