L&S CS - Freshman Schedules?

I was wondering if you guys had tips for someone doing L&S CS as a freshman
What classes should they sign up for?
So far I have:
CS 61A
Math 1B
Reading & Comp. - What class is this exactly?
Elective - What would be best to take for breadth?

May or may not get a 5 in AP English.

Reading and composition is described here:
[Office of Undergraduate Advising: Reading & Composition](Reading & Composition | L&S Advising)

5 in AP English literature passes both the A and B parts for L&S students. 4 or 5 in either AP English passes the A part.

Reading and composition courses are prefixed by R in the course number:

Check the “view books” links in the schedule and the department web pages to see if instructors have reading lists, so that you can choose a reading and composition course with the most interesting reading material for you.

L&S breadth is described here:
[Office of Undergraduate Advising: 7 Course Breadth](http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/requirement/7breadth.html)

Choose courses that fulfill breadth categories not fulfilled by your major courses (CS 61C fulfills physical science, so no need for an additional course in that category unless you want to take it for interest).

Some courses, like ESPM 50AC and ESPM C12 / English C77 can fulfill any one of several L&S breadth categories.

Other popular breadth courses include courses scheduled in large classrooms like WHEELER AUD:

Thanks! That was very helpful.
