Lac lac lac lac !!!!!!!!

hi, i love to go to liberal arts colleges!
but im not sure which ones would be good for me.
my sat is about 1800 -1900s and gpa 3.8
i want to study chemistry or chemical engineering so good science program and if the school has engineering program, it would be awesome.
also, i wanna be able to take dance classes, so if the school has a good dance program, it would be so cool! :)
financial aid is also very important to me.
and i would prefer urban but it doesnt matter if the school is great!

so far, i have chosen,
whitman
lafayette
scripps
occidental
smith

please recommend me some colleges and advices are always welcome~!

anyone? please?

You might want to look into Mount Holyoke. Like Smith except arguably a bit stronger in (or at least a bit more focused on) the sciences, a bit easier to get into and a bit easier to get aid from.

Look at the colleges in the Patriot League: Bucknell, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Colgate, …

Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania has a good dance program.

Lewis & Clark in Portland, OR

Wesleyan! Your scores are a little low for their average, but I would’ve write it off. They’re known to have the best science program out of all the LACs (and when I spoke with a chemistry prof, he told me a bunch of things that they have that most don’t. I can’t remember them, though). I think the dance program is alright. I spoke with a dance major and she seemed to like it. They guarantee to meet 100% of financial need, so you should be okay there. Middletown isn’t really urban, but it isn’t rural, either. The campus is near a movie theater, restaurants, stores, and even a lazer tag place lol.

I would definitely suggest looking into Wes.

thank you all~ now i really need to decide…haha.

Take a look at Wooster for Chem and dance.

Holy Cross-very good science program with nice campus-1 hour from Boston.

Muhlenberg Ursinus Franklin & Marshall Goucher
