@toomanykiddos it’s only just left the Trenton area so I assume it’s a no. I will continue to get status updates along the way. I’m in Massachusetts. I would guess Monday.
It’s funny they do it this way as this is how the boarding schools notify students. And…ironically the dean of admissions attended where D20 goes to school.
@MAandMEmom ok sounds good. We are just north of you in NH. I can’t seem to sign up for the USPS thing- it keeps saying it can’t verify my information…
I wish they didn’t wait this long. It really gives so much time for some great potential students to fall in love with schools they have already heard back from. I understand the Ivy schools doing it all together, but I just don’t understand these other schools waiting this long.
I think @toomanykiddos that if you have any weirdness in your address (i.e. north, south, etc.) it might be hard to confirm your info. We have a straight up address so it was ok.
Nothing from Lafayette today in MA
nothing today in NJ
Nothing in NY- hopefully Monday
is anyone else able to get into the accepted students day registration page? I am, but am not sure if this an indication of being admitted or not.
@spa2100 I would not read anything into it
Good luck to everyone.
I am able to access the Accepted Students Day registration page and it says “Congratulations on your admission to Lafayette College”. Right under that, it says my name and “Fall 2019 RD”. I feel like this means I’m accepted? Anyone know?
@dfrash158 not sure — I see the same.
@dfrash158 Where was the link to the Accepted Students Day?
Yes I can log in as my son and see the accepted students option. I searched accepted students day, logged in, and then saw the option.
@MAandMEmom thanks, I figured it out. My son has the same thing.
Mine says the same confratulations thing, but in bold red letters it says “Note: this is only for admitted students.” Anyone see that too? Or just me? :’)
@misspeanut same here – probably generic
Ditto- I think that’s too many of us that can do this
Yes @misspeanut same thing in red.
Does anyone else have the tracking through USPS?
