<p>There's a section on the common app under "Profile' called "Language." It asks how many languages you are proficient in, and for the exact language proficiency. I have a couple questions
1. Should I include French, which I have taken at the regular level all 4 years of high school?
2. Should I include English, or is it implied since I'm in the US?
3. If I include English, should I check speak, read, write, and spoken at home IN ADDITION TO first language?</p>
<p>Why wouldn’t you include French? If I remember correctly, you can choose “speak, write, read” or something like that for each language. I mean, unless your four years of French left you unable to speak, write, or read it. </p>
<p>Include English. And you probably should check all of those things if all of those things hold true.</p>
