<p>I applied to the University of Chicago early action, but I did not realize that my financial aid forms had not gone through until six days after the deadline when I resubmitted them. I was wondering if this will cause my application to be pushed back to regular decision or other wise have a negative effect on my application.</p>
<p>Get the official answer from admissions and / or the “…ask an Admissions Counselor” thread, but I recall the UChicago admissions counselor answer to an almost identical question a few days ago. The answer is that the two are considered separately so your late forms will not affect the admissions decision. </p>
