Late Late Financial Aid Form

WOW i can't belive i missed this im panicking now.... we were supposed to submit a financial aid form by January 1st along with a copy of the parent's tax returns... I have done neither and it's a month overdue. What do I do??

this was posted on cornell's site:

Regular Decision applicants: We are still accepting applications for the 2007-2008 academic year. There is no penalty for submitting a late application, but we encourage you to complete the application as soon as possible to ensure timely notification of your aid eligibility.

does that mean im still okay... or do i start panicking :(

just send it in asap, you should be fine

I was in your situation a few days ago (like a week or so) and I called, and the fin.aid officer said it was ok.

i haven't even started FAFSA for any of my schools yet.. am i totally screwed?

not screwed but seriously, where have you been, expecting all the schools to just line up and throw the money at you? a month late is pretty late but i think they'll accept it. however it does give them a good reason to skimp on fin. aid.

FAFSA is not due till april 15th for many schools
