Hi! I am currently registered at Berkeley but I’m having a lot of doubts and am regretting not looking more at UCSB. It seems like a lot better of a fit for me. I know someone who had a late SIR granted by UCLA but I don’t know anything else about the process. Do you have to have an extenuating circumstance to be granted a late SIR?
I would call UCSB admissions and see if you can SIR.
