Law School after Baruch vs Binghamton

I am interested in becoming a corporate lawyer.

1)Which school, Baruch or Binghamton, would give me a better chance at attending a top law school?
2) If I choose to continue just business, which school is better?
3) Overall, which school is the better choice considering the costs of attending graduate school?
4)Study abroad programs opportunities?

Baruch- I got the dean scholarship which means that I get a full tuition scholarship( excluding the price of dorm) meaning I'd have to live home which i would prefer not to do. Baruch has many internship opportunities because of its location in NYC, but has NO campus life.

Binghamton- I got accepted to Harpur, and want to switch into SOM but I heard that it is extremely difficult to switch to SOM because it is so competitive. Would a business type major from Bing Harpur be better than a business major from Baruch. Or since I am going into law, should I attend Binghamton Harpur because of its interdisiplinary program Philosophy, Politics and Law. Binghamton is also 22,000 total cost. Binghamton is in bumble**** nowhere but it is considered the best suny school.

Is the debt from binghamton worth passing up a free ride to a Cuny school?
