<p>After a bit of searching around, I found LEAD Business and Economics for Leaders which fit both my interests and financial situation. They look great, but even though I've searched quite a bit I don't have a good idea of how selective they are. I don't want this to be a "Chance me - Summer program style" thread, so I won't post my stats unless someone asks, but if anyone can tell me in general how selective they are that would be great.</p>

<p>Is LEAD (all programs, not just Wharton) aimed at URMs? I read in another thread that non-URMs will likely not be accepted, and on the LEAD at Wharton website the picture of the class of 2011 is probably 90% URM. I’m white so this might be a problem…</p>
