Hi! I’m in the middle of the college app process and looking at my resume, I have a decent amount of legitimate activities but I do not hold any “leadership roles” (or I do not think I do) in these activities. I was wondering what leadership roles are defined as? I am not a president, co-chair, officer, etc. of any club or activity but can I put a leadership role in a certain job? (i.e. I led the greeters for my NHS induction or I welcomed the incoming freshmen for Student Ambassadors) Basically, how do I present myself as a leader without having any official roles of leadership?
No leadership roles job-wise; I received a priority application from Loyola and it says to put your activities and a text box for leadership roles so should I just milk the crap out of any ounce of leadership I’ve ever had?
