<p>I go to NYU(not Stern). And at least for another 2 years, internal transfer is possible. </p>
<p>To even apply(as for internal transfers), you must have a 3.8 GPA. And you must also take some Stern classes as pre-reqs. </p>
<p>m.kenien, I would say you have a fairly good chance. I would say that your fate now depends on the quality of the rec. letters written on your behalf.</p>

<p>stern is apparently considered an ivy level school... so I guess it's harder than NYU CAS, where the econ department is.</p>
