Just got this letter asking for copies of some medical tests I had done in the past. I have nothing wrong with me, all tests were normal.

I am confused. Does this mean I will have to get a waiver, or are they just checking on the tests done, or what?

I am going to work on this pronto, and I know my doctor will get the information to them as fast as possible. Will also see if I can mail and get a verified proof that the results made it there.

Any suggestions, what does this mean, will it slow my application down, etc?
Thanks for your help.

No is short answer. It may be, depending upon situation and the outcome of DoDMERB assessment of your records, but a simple request for records generally means they just want to review records of situation you or your med examiner reported history of on.

This is not to worry about. There will be ample opportunity for such in the future. As you are, just get the reports to them ASAP. Good luck.

Thank you for your response. It is funny a few weeks ago I wondered what to wear to an interview, and here I sit having received a nomination from that Senator today!

So it did not affect the nomination process, and I am excited.

I will get on this, as it is an administrative remedial, which means they just want to review the records or medical records.
I am trying not to worry, as all tests were normal, I have no medical problems, etc.

Dont worry. It’s military medicine, your paperwork WILL get lost or screwed up. You’ll have a long career dealing with them and it’s not at all a reflection of you or your medical status.
