Letter of Rec HELP!!!

So my pre-calc teacher is writing me a letter of recommendation. He sent me a questionnare to fill out which was great. One question that I am so stuck on is: Give a sentence or two that you would like me to put in your letter of recommendation.
THIS IS LITERALLY ANYTHING I WANT!!! Most people don’t get this chance and I’m freaking out!! I don’t know what I would want to say about myself! How do I show that I am different? Can someone help me create a sentence or two that describes me as the following???

  • Honest
  • Inquisitive
  • On top of everything
  • Never gives up
  • Very mature my age
I have no clue; what would you guys say if you had a chance to put anything that you would like?!

Here’s my advice. Sit down, breathe deeply, and relax. If he’s writing a rec letter for you, I would assume that you have a good relationship with him. There’s no need to stress!

If answering the question in sentences is too overwhelming, just say that it is and put the bullet points like you did in your post under his prompt instead. It sounds like he just wants to get an idea of what you view your most valuable traits as so that he captures a good picture of who you are in the rec letter.
