<p>On the Common App, Northwestern says that it needs at least one and will accept up to a total of 3 teacher recommendations. How many is everyone here sending? I have 3 ready but I'm not sure if they would find it annoying to have to go through all of that so should I just send my main two?</p>

<p>If you have 3 different recs that can give NU a different look at what you are all about, that could be good. So for example, if you get one from an English / language teacher, one from a math/science teacher, and one from a coach, that would be good. If you get 3 but they are all from humanities teachers, then maybe not so much. Unless those 3 are Noble, or Pulitzer winners, or know Morty personally. :)</p>

<p>^totally agree! My D submitted 3 because two were from different humanities teachers and one was from a film teacher, and she got in.</p>
