I recently found out that my teacher sent the teacher evaluation and recommendation to the wrong address. She sent it to MIT main as opposed to the office of admissions. So do I need to ask her to send another one or will the letter be redirected to the correct location?

It’s hard to say – MIT is a big place, like a small city, and it probably depends on how clear it is from the envelope that it’s a recommendation letter for undergraduate admissions.

My suspicion is that it will have to be re-sent, but you don’t need to do that now. When the admissions office has finished going through the mail for EA, in about the second or third week of November, they’ll notify you if you’re missing any pieces of your application, and you’ll have the chance to submit them again.
