<p>Pathways to College Series,
grades 10 – 12</p>

<p>College Experts, Student Views, and More!
Let us help guide you through the many exciting decisions that await you. Pathways to College will put you in touch with university professionals and college students in an open forum that explores the college journey. Speakers include experienced admissions representatives, college counselors, financial aid experts, student life staff, and college students who will discuss topics ranging from admissions tips to scholarship sources to college selection. Take advantage of this great opportunity for candid insight from the people who best understand the exciting challenges and opportunities ahead.</p>

<p>The Day…
Pathways to College programs generally run from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Students and parents will spend approximately half the day together; the rest of the day will be spent in separate workshops geared toward students’ and parents’ specific interests. Students will attend workshops on the admissions process and writing the personal essay while parents will attend sessions on the admissions process and applying for financial aid and scholarships. Families will also have the opportunity to explore the host college’s campus together.</p>

<p>Wesleyan University — Middletown, CT
This program will begin around 8:00 a.m. and end around 3:30 p.m. A continental breakfast and lunch are included.

<p>That’s interesting. It’s difficult to imagine an event like that taking place so close to Reid House without anyone walking over to at least welcome them to Wesleyan. It won’t me. I live in New York City. :)</p>
