<p>I will be a freshman and I would like to live at the new Rise and does anyone have any pros and cons?
It is basically on campus
Will I be able to make good friends?</p>
<p>My daughter has signed a lease to live at The Stack. I would think you would have the same opportunities to meet people as you would with on campus dorms. The con obviously is they are more expensive than on campus dorms. Pros: They have a kitchen which on campus dorms do not, you don’t have to buy meal plan which is required if you live on campus, they are new so much nicer than on campus dorms and you have private bedrooms which are hard to get on campus.</p>
<p>Thanks for the advice! I am going down tomorrow to apply for the lease. I would much rather live there than the dorms. All of the good ones are gone by now anyways…</p>
<p>Saw the Rise recently and it looks nice. D has some friends in Traditions and they really like living there so maybe look while your there.</p>
