Living in the university owned apartments or IV

For Isla Vista, when should you start looking for apartments and to contact the company that owns the apartments? What about for the university owned apartments?

Never mind I see UCSB apartments are in around February. What about Isla Vista?

If you want a popular house, you probably should start looking around in late November. Try to sign the lease in December or January. If you wanna live in an average apartment, then it doesn’t really matter. You can always find something.

I’m a transfer student and I found that the university owned apartments were the best choice for me. The rent is billed to your barc, and it includes EVERYTHING(utilities, maintenance, etc), so you don’t have to worry about drinking up your rent money because it’s already been paid for:) They are also fully furnished so you don’t have to hassle with moving out cheap furniture!
